| Needed- Any mid-60s Pontiac, GTO or full-size. The Oakland-Pontiac Chapter of AACA is working with Ponaganset High School of Burrillville and its bio diesel/alternative fuel course curriculum. The school has an outstanding program that has converted cars to bio diesel and fuel cell usage...now, they're looking for this Pontiac (convertibles especially sought) for the next conversion project. Any donation is fully tax-deductible. You can check out their work at www.protium.us. For more info, Email (frdigi@cox.net) or call Rick at (401-934-0663). |

| Fiat-lovers--check this out ! A local classic car enthusiast has come into a 1972 Fiat 850 Spyder, similar to the one pictured here. Not knowledgeable about such cars, he's looking for a local Fiat collector who might be interested in purchasing it from the actual owner (not himself) The car has been stored for the past 10 years and is in Connecticut. Any inquiries can be made to: Durango95@worldnet.att.net |

| Get your show vehicle in the shooting of a new TV pilot ! |
| Filming is about to begin on a pilot for the new CBS-TV show "the Quinn-tuplets." Set in 1981, the pilot is being filmed in Boston later this month..and the picture car coordinator has contacted CruisinBruce.com in search of local auto enthusiasts willing to participate with their vehicles for everything from a multitude of general street scene cars (of the late 1960s and thru the 1970s) to a handful of specific vehicles being sought. That special, targeted list includes: 1) Four Vans, Station Wagons, and SUVs from 1975-82 to be news vehicles. they would need to place vinyl or magnetic labels on these to make them appear as news vehicles. Could be Cargo Vans or Broncos for example. 2) An Ambulance. Either already dressed up as an ambulance from the era, or a white van on which they can place signage and cherry tops. 3) Four Police Vehicles from the era. They'd like to get period police cars already dressed, but can make their own. Specifically: for Chevy Caprice 1979-82, Crown Vic 1980-82, Ford LTD 1975-82, Chevy Impala 1977-85, Plymouth Gran Fury 1980-81, and Dodge St. Regis 1979-81. They're also open to other Make/Model suggestions. These can be junkers and don't need to run. They can buy them and paint them. 4) Cadillac Limo (or other make) from 1975-82. Preferably Beige and with a circle of seats instead of rows. DOES need to run. They will likely shoot the scenes with vintage cars on Thursday March 25. "We are offering owners $200 for the car for one day plus extras' pay. We are offering a higher rate for the speciality cars listed above; for the right price we would buy vehicles outright." There will, of course, be catered breakfast and lunch. If the pilot is successful, Boston will have it's first television series in many years. Want to know more ?
